An article we wrote for the Structural Timber Magazine published this month outlining how Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) outshine traditional timber kits on performace. From exceptional thermal efficiencies and U-values (minimising heating & energy bills), creating an airtight and draft free construction to an increased, habitable roof space (no need for roof trusses) and off site manufacture (reducing site erection time and costs). Why would you consider building with anything else?

Our SIP Extension for a Private Client in Perthshire, makes it into The 25 Beautiful Homes Magazine!
We assisted two separate private clients with retaining walls built with Gabion baskets. In both private properties, the brief was to achieve a strong functional retaining wall, so that more of the garden could be claimed by the owners for everyday use.
One of the houses was brand new. The other house was a Georgian manor house. The Gabion baskets were filled with local stone, to make sure that the walls will naturalise over time and look like they have been there forever.
