Last Friday, the JML Group team came together to celebrate the retirement of two much-loved colleagues, Sarah and Gav.
Sarah has been with us for 10 years, while Gav has been part of the business for 12 years. Over more than a decade, both have played a vital role in our family business journey, supporting the growth and success of JML Contracts, JML SIPs, JML Garden Rooms and the wider JML Group.

Their dedication, hard work and positivity have contributed enormously to the development of our construction projects, SIPs manufacturing, and bespoke garden rooms. From helping us deliver innovative building solutions to strengthening the culture of our team, Sarah and Gav have made a lasting impact on our company, our clients and our community.

While we will miss them greatly, we wish them every happiness as they move into their next chapters. We are certain this is not a final goodbye, and we look forward to staying in touch in the years ahead.
