EXPERIENCED JOINER
We are looking for an experienced joiner to join our team of installers, working on a variety of building projects throughout the country.
This is a permanent position, with ongoing training and development opportunities within the organisation for the right individual. A competitive remuneration package is offered, comprising salary based on experience, bonus structure and access to company pension scheme.
You must be able to demonstrate experience working on projects with associated joinery construction techniques. Excellent communication and time management skills are vital, along with a full UK driving licence. Experience of working with SIPs and a valid CSCS card would be advantageous, but are not essential. Due to the geography of contracts, working away from home may be required.

STONEMASON
We’re looking for an experienced stonemason to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on a wide range of interesting projects across Perthshire, Angus and Central Scotland, from heritage restoration to high-spec new builds. You’ll be working both independently and as part of a small, skilled team, with the chance to grow your craft, learn new skills and take on more responsibility over time.
What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out all types of masonry and stonework to a high standard, including random rubble, back-bedded stone, and blockwork.
Reading drawings and interpreting specifications to plan your work effectively.
Helping set out paving and other external works – training will be provided if needed.
Working closely with other trades and occasionally assisting with groundwork.
Travelling to sites across Central Scotland – some overnights may be required (accommodation and subsistence covered).
What you’ll bring:
Solid stonemasonry experience and a real passion for this specialist work
The ability to work on your own initiative, or as part of a tight-knit team.
A proactive, honest approach and a desire to keep learning.
A full driving licence is essential; CSCS preferred but not required.

CNC OPERATOR – TIMBER MANUFACTURING
Our team works across civil engineering, retention works, luxury garden rooms and SIPs homes and our factory team plays a key role in making it all happen.
We’re now looking for a CNC Operator to join our growing production team. If you’re hands-on, detail-focused and experienced with CNC machinery and timber fabrication, ideally within the SIPS or offsite construction sector, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our factory near Auchterarder. You’ll be part of a small, friendly team that takes pride in their work and supports each other well.
What you’ll be doing:
Operating/programming our CNC machinery to cut and prepare timber components to spec.
Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate output.
Carrying out machine setup, maintenance checks and safe shutdowns.
Checking materials and final products meet quality standards and flagging any issues early.
Working closely with the production and site teams to meet our project deadlines.
Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and operating in line with health and safety requirements.
Supporting with other factory tasks as needed.
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience operating CNC machinery – ideally in a timber, joinery or construction setting.
The ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.
A forklift license (desirable).
A methodical approach and high attention to detail – you take pride in getting things right.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset – you’re happy working as part of a team.

You will be responsible for delivering top-notch painting and decorating services to our clients. Your role will involve preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring high standards in every project. You will work on various residential and commercial properties, contributing to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Carry out Ames taping to new plasterboard walls and ceilings
• Use various tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Hang wallpaper and other decorative materials.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and client specifications.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
