JML Contracts - Sam HartSam Hart (Operations & Business Development)
“The owners of JML Contracts, John and Katie Langley have helped me identify my key strengths allowing me to develop a role which advances my knowledge and career. I have attended various management training courses, received health and safety accreditations and enrolment onto a Level 5 SVQ. Since 2014 my role within the company has changed considerably, which is evidence of the directors’ ability to understand each team member’s expertise and development needs and helping each person progress. I don’t believe there are many companies in this marketplace that can have that said honestly about them.”

JML Contracts - Sarah PatersonSarah Paterson (Office Manager)
“I am always so proud of the commitment to quality and customer service from JML Contracts. Each project is seen through to the end with a focus and attention to detail that sets JML apart from many other businesses. The SIPs product itself is of such high quality, with sustainable and environmental benefits and that sits very well with my own environmental beliefs. Working with people who are all really nice, good fun and listen to everyone’s input is important to me too – we are part of a valued JML family.”

JML Contracts - Gavin BrockGavin Brock (Site Manager)
“I have worked for JML Contracts for three years, and over that time the management team has given me opportunities to grow my skill set and really encouraged me to challenge myself giving me responsibility for managing many of the key sites we are building. The training and career progression is seen as a core part of the staff development, and to me this also reflects JML’s ambition, belief and vision for business growth. They want to invest across all parts of it.”

“ I also get to travel around many beautiful (and remote) parts of Scotland and beyond, and I thoroughly enjoy getting to see more of the country in my role.”
